Return & Exchange Policy

Time Frame: Return requests for refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 60 days of payment.

  • Condition: Products must be new and unused for eligibility. Used or modified items are not returnable.
  • Procedure: Returns must follow our procedure with a provided RMA number.
  • Exceptions: Non-returnable items include products marked as non-returnable, custom products, modified/assembled products, and used/defective products.

Shipping Fees

Domestic Returns: You will receive a free prepaid label if the return results from a CNRAUTOPARTS mistake.

However, If the return is not due to our error, the cost of the initial shipping and return fee will be deducted from your refund.

International and US non-continental areas returns could be accepted too but return cost will be covered by the customer.

 

Defective, Damaged and unfit products

Contact us immediately for any damaged, defective, or unfit parts received. We advise against installing such parts before consultation. Replacement or exchange options are available.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders not yet shipped and not marked as non-cancelable/non-refundable can be canceled online or through customer care. Shipped items cannot be canceled.

 

Payment, Refund and Credits

  • Processing: Orders are captured by our ERP system upon payment and dispatched accordingly.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, usually within 2-5 business days, depending on your payment method.

To change order details (address, recipient, payment method, etc.), contact us within 24 hours of payment. For address changes, provide the new detailed address:
